Storm Damage to Apartment in Kissimmee, FL
This Kissimmee apartment unit experience some storm damage that resulted in the ceiling collapsing. Along with the ceiling, all the insulation on top fell through and covered the bedroom and the items in it. Not only was there insulation and sheet rock everywhere, but also water. The tenant immediately notified the property manager about the emergency incident, and they took action.
SERVPRO of Osceola County was called and our water restoration technicians were on site within a hour of the emergency phone call. The first step was to remove all the fallen material and then the contents in the room. Our technicians then could start the dry-out process. Several days later the apartment was dry.
